Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat service!
rebecca v | Expérience généraleI had a large unit with this facility for over a year. The unit itself, and the building was very well maintained and secure. If I ever had any issues (mostly due to user error), staff/mgt was quick to assist without complaint. Though it was rare, they were accommodating when I had special requests. I highly recommend that if you’re in need of a climate controlled storage unit in the Murray area, go with Premier..
jamie y | Expérience généraleThere was a leak that was fixed in a reasonable time after it was found. 5 years with only one incident. Very good service.
Eileen W | Expérience généraleThank You!!
JACKIE E | Expérience généraleThis was great for a college student to have extra storage for the dorms
Joshua W | Expérience généraleThe office was most helpful. I was new to using storage facilities and they explained very clearly the access, payments, and contact details. All around a pleasant experience. Appreciate the opportunity to share this feedback.
Thomas R | RéservationExcellent choice for dorm storage over summer. The only negative was that the units are not accessible 24 hours a day.
Aurora S | Expérience généraleWe were very pleased. We used it to store our daughter things for the summer. Would have been handy to have an elevator but we made it work!
Rebecca B | Expérience générale--Great experience, professional tram, helpful and courteous. --Easy access and very clean facility --Super close to Murray State for students and parents of students at Murray!
Kenny K | Expérience généralePremier Storage is great! The staff is very friendly and efficient, and the space is clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. However, the 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. office hours were restrictive to us, as my college-age daughter had not been given the access code to the storage spaces. I suspect there is access to the spaces beyond those hours, but without the code, we had to rearrange our schedule to return in the 10-4 window. Thanks,
Mechelle C | Expérience généraleI’ve used Premier Mini Storage for 3 years now and they have always been amazing. Easy to do business with, extremely friendly, and great facility.
brandon d | Expérience généraleClean, easy access and friendly, helpful staff. Climate control was great. I had a large unit so the light from the hall wasn’t enough to illuminate the unit well, but I could see ok.
Claire F | Expérience généraleI've had a storage unit with them for....13 years? Most of those years I've lived out of country. The owner back in the day warned me that many people who move out of county end up losing their unit because if payment problems, so I made sure to always be on top of them. I would always get emails about payments that didn't go through. Many times errors occured on my payment end, and I would call or email, and the employees would always be so helpful in making the payment over the phone or changing my card in their system etc. its a sad day to have the last thing tying me back to my home town now gone, but I am so happy with their service over the years, always chill and helpful and understanding. Thank you for all the years!
SARAH O | Expérience généraleMy wife and I have been utilizing Premier Storage since September 2016. We were relocating to the area and doing a complete remodel on the home we purchased. We went from renting their largest storage locker to a small 5 x 10. We highly recommend this facility it is very clean and well maintained.
THOMAS Z | Expérience généraleGuys were very helpful, polite. Pleasant experience!
Maura K | Expérience généraleVery clean. After 12 years, my stuff just had a little dust and 1 dead bug.
JANET P | Expérience généraleJosh and Jordan were always helpful and professional!! Will definitely recommend Premier storage to friends and family!! Thank you!
