All my items are ruined and they were only stored for 6 months. I would have been better off storing my items in a tote outside in the elements. No one wanted to get back to me, can’t ever reach a manager, had to contact corporate to get anything done and still very minimal was done

I even had them install a trailer hitch on my jeep! Thanks again. I have zero complaints with this store and only good things to say! The place was always clean. There were plenty of carts the indoor drop off and loading area is great! The monthly price was fairly reasonable, the location is very nice. And the truck fleet is serviced regularly as well. Job well done North end of New Bedford UHALL!
