Starting from the manager, he should never be in the business settings! He doesn't have any clue what business management is; he is very unprofessional, rude with with customer, has no manner at all how to talk on the phone, neither in person to solve problems with customers. I would never recommend anybody to have any type of business at 105 Rockdale while Lorenzo still there.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis place is awesome. Everyone there helpful and friendly i would recommend this to everyone.
Jitu O | Expérience généraleI am very pleased with the staff and storage facility. Running under a fornoninal Manager. He is a people's person.
MICHAELLEANA S | Expérience généraleBasically took my stuff. They kept saying my card wouldn’t charge and I would call and then. Mystery it would go through. Kept getting told oh maybe we put the number in wrong. This happens every month. Lost the key to try and get my stuff out and they said sorry we can’t help you. Had a locksmith go there and wouldn’t let him in after I paid him $300 to break the lock. They told him we can’t break the lock in case it did something to the door. So not really sure how you wanted me to get the lock off we tried to pick it and those locks can’t be. So it got to the point just stopped answering and paying over the phone with the same exact card they had on file with all the late fees added on.
samatha m | Expérience généraleLorenzo and the staff are pleasant, polite and very helpful. Thanks to them!
Joan D | Expérience généraleBuen servicio

MATTHEW G | Expérience généraleFirst let me be clear that my issue is with U-Haul and their phone reps and website. The location we are at is not in the best condition. However Lorenzo is probably the best part of what happened and Carlos too. Both very calm and professional so kutos to them but the rest of it was a nightmare. I spent an entire day out of work only for U-Haul system to be Down from 9 am to well after 5 pm. I was told multiple times oh it will be back up in 30-45-1 hour two hours try back then I spent time on the phone with more than 4 reps that were so not helpful. One speaking to me as if I was in kindergarten and could not comprehend what was being said. When the app came up for a quick few minutes I was able to make my storage reservation and truck however once I got to the nail place now just before they close I was given the wrong storage unit in fact they selected two 5x5 units in order take a 10x10 that I originally ordered. Got that corrected. Then got the truck issue corrected U-Haul was quick to take my money out my bank and provide with nothing that I had just paid for on line. I finally get to the right size unit only to see water on the wood floor and have a broken door that got stuck on the tracks and now needs to be fixed and preventing me from moving anything in or out. Wich I still have many things to move. It has been a nightmare of an experience and U-Haul has done absolutely nothing to compensate me or fix the problem. I’m not happy at all.
Tracey T | Déménagement en ligneLorenzo provided excellent customer service. He has a wonderful personality and he provides confidence when working with his clients.
MICHAELLEANA S | Premières impressionsLorenzo is the best store manager always pleasant and with a joke .Kind and courteous & knows alot. Have a Blessed Year.
cleo j | Expérience généraleI believe we were over 10 years storage there. We never had any issues and it was a pleasure doing business with you. All staff is wonderful. Owner is great our manager not sure which one we would store our stuff again there in a heartbeat thank you very much.
COHEN A | Expérience généraleThey were very friendly, and they helped me with everything that I needed
Vernetta A | Premières impressionsThe day of move in, it took over 2hrs to get access to a room. The 1st room I rented online was not available, it belong to someone else. The worker then moved me to a different floor but each time I tried to use elevator, access was denied, worker didn’t know how to fix it. She had given me about 4 different cards for access and nothing worked. The worker then gave me her access card after about 2 1/2 hrs of issues. She was very apologetic and tried hard to help me but nothing seemed to work. She had called manager twice about the issues but because he was at a birthday party, didn’t want to be bothered. He didn’t give her the correct information for her to do her job. Talked to manager the next day about issues, said he’d give the next month free and I said I needed it in writing, said I’d be back down to pick up paper and when I went down about 20 minutes later, there was a note on door saying, be back in 10 minutes, I waited about 20 minutes and went back, door was still locked. I don’t know why the manager didn’t mention it to me when I said, I’d be right back down to get paper. I ended up leaving and not waiting any longer. I hope the manager is a man of his word and keeps that arrangement.
Rochell p | Premières impressionsgood
