Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe young lady that assisted me with my rental and storage was very polite, respectful knowledgeable, handling a rush of customers and questions with ease I think name is Mandy she’s a young African American lady if I’m not mistaken but I appreciate her honesty help and expertise. She worked the morning shift she wears glasses very respectable young woman. Even when the two customers were acting weird she never treated them any different from everyone else. And would definitely be renting from this site in the future.
STEVEN L | Premières impressionsThe Manager needs to learn how to treat customers. She had me inside of the office waiting for a long period of time while she answer phone calls other people questions in the line behind me, while completing my reservation. When I’ve explained to her nicely that I have people waiting to help me. The manager made an unpleasant comment and continue making me wait taking care of everything and everyone else. I’ve been doing business for years with U-Haul, i’ ve never experienced any manager rudeness. Very unprofessional and I’m hoping that she gets some People Training Skills. A customer questioned me by your place of business, should they rent from U-Haul due to how unprofessional and rude the managers behavior.

Rich M | Expérience généraleVery happy with my decision to rent a unit here. Had a bit of trouble figuring out and getting my access code to unlock and disarm the front door, but was assisted immediately by a friendly employee. She also helped me get my lock set up. The place is very clean and well lit and I am glad to chose to rent space here!
