I love the facility and would have stayed if they had a larger unit available when I needed it. It was very clean, well lit, temp was controlled well, they had a good amount of carts, etc. My only critique is the unit access hours. I wish it was either til 12mn or even 24 hours. Some people's schedules may not allow them the luxury of accessing their units within the 7a-7p time frame. I have several friends working 7a-7p and have had to use storage facilities further away just so they could have longer access to their units. Think about it. Overall, it is a great facility and well managed. I was sad have to relocate.

Michael D | Overall ExperienceI was disappointed that I was paying for a climate controlled unit and when I arrived to take my items out everything was damp and the facility was unbearably hot. Some of my stored items were damaged beyond repair and had to be taken to the dump. The building was very humid and the unit was covered in mice droppings. This was discovered after receiving a notice that the price will increase yet again.

espinosa e | Overall ExperienceI was told over the phone that the storage unit will be free the first month however, when I got to the facility, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor by telling me that is not free but they can give it to me for free in which I had told them that the representative over the phone told me that I qualify for no fee for the first month! Secondly the unit given to me was outside by the woods which I don’t have a problem with but I saw a whole bunch of termites/ ants 🐜 moving in and out of the storage which I already told them at the front desk but the said they will take care of that ! I mean the agent at the front desk seem pretty helpful overall. I also requested a bigger unit being that I had extra stuff but I was told Middletown is the only place that has it and it was more expensive for me by the way . I also forgot to a few items by the storage just because it was full but I later on got a call from the office about it which I explained that I was already home in Albany and will take care of it the next time I come . I also stated that they can leave it right where it is and I wouldn’t blame anyone if it gets destroyed by the weather. Again , they all seem very helpful but it was just a few things which I stated earlier that didn’t sink in to my understanding including the termites/ ants 🐜 moving in and out of my storage unit outside.
