Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI would not recommend nor would I ever use U-Haul services again. I signed up for a storage unit, was asked if I wanted to put the payments on autopay, and I agreed. Then when the bill came around I was not set up on autopay. Then I had to create an account just to pay the rent. I was charged two separate late charges spaced out 14 days apart.
Jason W | Expérience généraleStaff was awesome. Facility very clean and easy access.
David F | Expérience généraleI had a spider and mouse/pest and insect problem and asked for them to get an exterminator in there to treat my after watching a spider crawl out from one of the book bags I brought back to my apartment out of my storage unit. The spider bit my dog and I had to take my dog to the vet because the spider bite created a nasty crater in my dogs legs and she got very sick. They refused to treat my unit. But said the exterminator treated the outside of the building. That was not true. All they did was knock down the spider webs on one side of my unit. There was still spiders and webs all over the entire building and on the other side of my unit as well. They kept raising the price of my unit. Plus the security alarm on my unit went off every single time I opened up my unit doors. And that is on both of the doors. I said something to them about. They did absolutely nothing about it. This was the absolute worst storage facility I have ever been a customer at. I ended up not being able to take any of my belongings back out of the the unit because I couldn’t risk bringing spiders or mice back to my home and putting my dogs, my 15 month old daughter or myself at risk due to the rodent urine and feces as well as being bit by the type of spider that created a crater in my dog’s leg or any other type. Nor could I take a risk of anything else that could’ve possibly been in that unit that I did not know of. This is all because U-HAUL REFUSED TO TREAT MY UNIT AND DO WHAT THEY WERE REQUIRED TO DO!!! I lost an entire 10’ x 30’ unit that had my entire life’s special and meaningful belongs from my generations of my family, electronics, camping stuff, medications, clothes, shoes, dishwasher, furniture and laptops.
Chelsey l | Expérience généraleOur storage unit was broken into on a Saturday morning but we were not notified until a few days later. The security alarm did go off and scared the thief away. Unfortunately the unit was unlocked for sevedal days until they notified us. They told us they were going to replace the lock, which they did and the door latch which they never did. You had to bea t and pry the door latch in order to get it open.
Thomas C | Expérience généraleZachary and Joseph exhibited superb Customer Service!
Jennifer K | Expérience généraleI was offered a month free of charge. The sales guy stayed that the computer system was no working at the time I purchased the unit so he would manually place in my order process the payment and tell the manager in the morning. I was charged for every month of service.
Nicole G | Expérience généraleGreat service
