Michelle gave excellent service. She explained everything and was very polite and friendly. She is an excellent ambassador for U-Haul!!
Just wanted to give feedback on the new unit. It is impossible to move items in the unit that are heavy and need a dolley because it does not have a smooth surface like the older units.

Horrible service given by manager of property. I emptied the storage and went to turn it in, renewal was four days ago but still had to pay for the full month, no discount or anything given.
