The people working at this particular store were/are outstanding. The climate control was outstanding. If there was ever a problem, they followed up on it in a positive and timely manner. The only suggestion I have is that the bathroom where my storage unit was located needs to be cleaned more often, and its garbage needs to be removed more often. Other than that, their team consists of good, hardworking, and conscientious people!

All the employees at Old Town Maine location were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. GM Devin Levesque was especially helpful! She runs a great shop and I will recommend this location to anyone that may need any U-Haul services. Highly recommended!

When I signed up for the storage unit at the office and not online, every time I tried to make a payment it would not let me online due to it saying that my storage unit was not mine. This resulted in late fees because I could only pay it at the office.
