jason b. | Overall ExperienceAfter several complaints about the storage not being climate controlled, I moved my belongings out because nothing was done to correct the problem. Yesterday the temperature, measured by a heat sensor was over 97 degrees. This is ridiculous for what is supposed to be a climate controlled storage unit. My stuff may as well been outside. In addition to that the gate to enter which requires a code is often open. The control box on the inside of the gated area is broken. The facility is also dirty. Why are you charging climate controlled price when it's not and not fixing problems brought to your attention???
