Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe staff at my unit was amazing. I've had storage at a couple of U-Haul facilities and it was always the same thing. They were all magnificent. Truly And excellent experience. Would like to thank them for their great service.
Martin H | Expérience généraleI should be able to go to my storage 24 hours a day if I wanted to. This thing about closing at 10 P.M. is ridiculous. I mean not even till midnight. It’s crazy like people get out of work at 11 and they can’t get to the storage. I was told that if you were open 24 hours a day that would be a problem with people living in there. They’ve got cameras.
JERRY V | Expérience généraleThe staff was very helpful and the facility was extremely well maintained. Courtney especially provided great assistance for us at a last moment when we needed a solution to move.
christopher s | Premières impressionsGreat service and very clean
Keri S | Expérience généraleThanks to the staff as always amazing available for any questions and reliable on site thanks guys I will recommend to fam n friends ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
JINNALITH M | Expérience généraleThere are no elevators, which make it harder on the body to carry heavy loads up and down the stairs. What could have taken 2-3 hours, nearly 6 hours. Getting my things into the new place took 3 hours, with the help of the elevator.
Tammy A | Expérience généralePlease thank DONNA for me!!! I had a family emergency and had to pack a bunch of stuff on short notice. She did an excellent job for me and getting me back to NORTH CAROLINA!!!! Role model employee thank you
Chris C | Expérience généraleHi yes I like it near my home from u-Haul 🙏☝️🫵🏻👍✝️🙏🤟thanks

Princeton G | Expérience généraleHelpful staff .
maribel c | Premières impressionsThe mgr Donna was excellent
Beverly W | Expérience généraleThis is the best U-Haul place ever. The staff are great, the manager is so amazing! She helped us out a LOT! They even have better prices and rates for trucks than other locations. If I ever need storage again, I’m coming back here.
Richard S | Expérience généraleNone
CARLINE L | Expérience généraleI am giving this facility a below average rating based off the ability to access the storage units. This facility has never upgraded or installed a ramp for customers to move in or out heavy or large items. After 9 years of being a loyal customer, I was frustrated with the rent constantly being raised for the type of units I had with very low headroom and a small single door. Because of this I choose to remove my property from this location... Thank You , [redacted]
Bartt S | Expérience généraleProblem I had were the stairs. I’m handicapped and there were no elevators. Other then that it was ok.
