I would recommend this U-Haul storage facility to anyone in need of their services because of the humble patience the employees expressed to me as a customer they're lenient , kind and understanding especially if you're going through a life crisis and need alittle time to get yourself sorted. So with pleasure I am grateful and pleased to say I'm a valued & loyal customer of the U-Haul located at 11815 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32826

Sammy F. | Overall Experience24 hour access was not working, the check in boxes were not working very well ever. My unit was first overbooked so I ended up with a smaller unit than I needed. One worker was very rude to my father when he was trying to park due to virtually no parking spaces available. I will never be back to this location or U-HAUL in general.

Sammy F. | First ImpressionsI was generally pleased with this facility but would like to comment on the fact that the main access door was broken and unavailable when I went to empty out the unit. This made it very difficult to vacate the unit. There was a small side entrance available but and it was just a nuisance and inconvenience. I'm sure it was a temporary thing but I didn't even see any staff making an effort to fix the issue.
GLORIA P. | Overall ExperienceI booked a unit online, then received a call a few days before move in stating that it had been overbooked and I no longer had a unit. The associate who called said they could get me a bigger unit and a month free which was great. I thought everything was resolved and my move in date was scheduled for July 16th. Upon arrival to the office on July 16th, it turns out the unit had been scheduled for move in on July 13th unbeknownst to myself. So, I now have to use a much smaller unit and must stand up the couch I needed to store vertically. The only reason I am giving two stars is due to the manager attempting to make up for the error by giving me the first month free. If not for that, I would give one star. Regardless, I never plan on using U-Haul storage again.
