Ernesto E |  Expérience générale Acorn storage went above and beyond my expectations. We only needed them temporarily, about four months, but Bryce and his staff were super nice and accommodating. The price was very reasonable and the location was very convenient being right off the interstate. We definitely would recommend to our friends.
frank m |  Expérience générale Super kind staff. Clean, safe and well organized
CARLOS P |  Expérience générale The units are clean and well maintained. Access and security are well done. Carts are available and easy to use. Everything was great for 6 months. Then the cost was raised 50%. Online for a new unit the base cost is what I signed up for today but I have been paying 50% more for the past 6 months. Beware and check your auto payments. NOT OK!
Delaney M |  Réservation Best decision to store my personal belongings here. Great experience especially interacting with the staff who went out of their way to assist me m aking this effortless.
brent r |  Expérience générale Convenient location and never any issues.
Chuck L |  Expérience générale Bryce was always and I mean always good to work with
ronald h |  Expérience générale Brice and G were amazing!!! Thanks Guys!
Latoya H |  Expérience générale The only and biggest reason why I would not recommend this place to a friend and not giving it a 5 star rating is due to the increased storage cost. On our third month in you guys increased the rental space by $10. That’s not a way to do business or treat customers.
Salvadore B |  Expérience générale Move in went very smoothly. Acorn Mini Storage is brand new and very nice. I'm happy with my choice and will likely get several additional units.
robin w |  Réservation Everything was 'all good' with my experience w/Acorn. My ONLY concern is that Acorn does not cash the payment checks in a timely manner. There were occasions when it was 3 weeks to a month before I'd receive a post from my bank. I think your deposit should be done more often, for the customers convenience. You 'expect' payment in a timely manner without penalty; I feel deposits should be made in the same timely manner.
Dana P |  Expérience générale For improvement, the cart could be a little larger, so that some bigger item can be carried
Simon F |  ExpĂ©rience gĂ©nĂ©rale 5 star everyone was friendly, attentive & went over the top to ensure Acorn mini storage customer service & business reputation was represented well. S/O to Joel & the whole staff thanks!👍🏽
Mark R |  Réservation Everyone was very polite and helpful
Bruce W |  Expérience générale I love this storage center. I wish they had a non climate control section so I could keep all my stuff in one place. The staff are awesome every time I rent from there. It is probably the cleanest best run storage I’ve ever used. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know
edward y |  Expérience générale The staff has always been professional and pleasant with us. They were caring and worked with until the end of using the facility. God bless the staff at Acorn Storage on Culver in Palm Bay, FL.
Bryan L |  Expérience générale Just need to start Veterans discount
MICHAEL C |  Expérience générale The storage facility is clean and the staff is super friendly. Would definitely rent here again if needed.
Amanda S |  Expérience générale very nice place
