When a piece of equipment is reserved online from a specific location. And a confirnation number is given via email. I do not appreciate being told the equipment i reserved is only avail at a location 10 extra miles away. And having no updated email sent with correct pickup address and timeframe. It makes me want to use other sources for equipment rental. Uhaul would not have any issues emailing me if there was a problem on my end, but cant update me whwn uhaul cant live up to there end. Aint right. Crappy website service and usage,

I don't know about improving. I was well satisfied with the service I received from Acorn Mini Storage, Palm Bay. The manager provided a quick transaction and quickly provided the vehicle I had rented. Great service. Facility is very clean, well managed and easy in and out. Yes! Highly recommended. Thanks.

Service not from the picup location but from the customer service people before my pick up was horrible. No phone call from Terry Clerk nor from his boss. My case was dismissed by them just as my concerns were the night of the pick up. I am currently still waiting for a call and my transcripts that I requested. Do you think if I obtain meda coverage of the event I will become worthy of a call since the company left my family subject to be killed in this domestic freedom atempt where uhaul left 2 babies age 1 and 3 in harms way took my money, told to wait 7 days to receive it back and was expected to pay again for a truck. Ive waited to wright my certified letter to the companies 3 executives giving the company a chance to talk to me about giving my truck away, the hour long hold i have the screen shot of the phone number that your costomer service line never even came back to say im still working on your issue. No compassion in that life threatening situation. But i guess the executives can deal with it now and now people shoud be fired on many levels. I guess the executives can pull the transcripts for me or an attorney since this is what you offer upon request. What can you do to improve, not be in the business of customer service. Outsource a professional company, have training sensitivity training. Ill be reaching out to the 3 executives now.

I had tried booking a 10ft truck for an item haul 4 days before a 150mi move, and the listed price was $66. When I tried booking the unit, it kept giving me an error and bounced me between locations that had availability, but still wouldn't let me confirm. It took all the way until the day before that it finally worked, and the price went up to $144 (it's like I was forced to wait until the last minute for this price hike). I then booked a 10ft and received confirmation to pick it up at one location. I received a text from a different location saying basically 'if that one does not work out, we have a 15ft for you, just text us'. I drive to the location listed in my email - no one opens the gate or answers the phone. I check my email again, and there are 2 locations listed for confirmations, and that the 10ft was actually at a different location. I drive to the other location, wait until the agent is done with his phone call, just to be told they don't actually have a 10ft and that I have to go back to the other location for the truck. He calls and verifies someone is there, who apologized for missing the call. I drive back AGAIN to the original place just to be told 'we don't have a 10ft, only a 15ft' - all of this fiasco cost me an 1.5hrs on a time-sensitive ordeal, and cost me double what it was going to originally. This was the worst U-Haul experience I've ever had.

More advertising needed for the location Of location. I will use it in the future for my next move. The prices for accessories are definitely lower then other U Haul companies, I know because I made a comparison.
