Absolutely my favourite interaction with any business I can think of in my adult life. Calm, helpful, accommodating, good natured, and efficient. I watched staff deal with stressed customers more than once and was impressed with their desire to serve and problem solve (and with immense patience). Facility is super clean and the building well maintained. Thank you for all you did for me over multiple years and storage stays to ease multiple moves and navigate crappy situations such as this latest ice storm. I wish you all the best and most success going forward!

I was impressed with how easy it was to change lockers when my first rental was too small; reassured after setting-off the alarm my first time opening the unit. I feel good having my stuff at this facility.
