Great staff and extremely helpful and I would definitely do business here always and forever.
Kevin W | Overall ExperienceThe manager is totally incompetent to manage this business Her Mom and niece are amazingly nice and polite But her mother speaks before checking the notes on the account and quickly calls her daughter(,the manager) and puts her on speaker. The conversation quickly turns combative on the managers responses and very difficult to negotiate The facility DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR, which makes it extremely difficult to manuver on 2cd floor No moving carts were ever offered, the 10X10 UNIT HAD MO LIGHT AND IT HAD A RAT TRAP, SO THAT REALLY GAVE ME REASON TO TO NOT THINK MY VALUABLES WOULD BE SAFE. TOTAL DISASTER AT THIS LOCATION. THE DAY I MOVED OUT IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE TO HIRE PERSONNEL TO REMOVE MY BELONGINGS TO FIRST FLOOR AND ON TO TRUCK I DID NOTICE THAT THE HALLS HAD BEEN CLEANED UP AND POLISHED WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE WHEN I MOVED IN. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS REDEEMABLE REGARDING THIS LOCATION EAS THE FACT THAT UPPER MANAGEMENT HELPED ME !!!

Paul M | First ImpressionsThey harass you before rent is due the day it's due sand every day thereafter phone text email and god what they must waste in postage sending letters to anyone listed as emergency contact it's beyond crazy but knowing this I ignore them for the most part but they should really blow out and sweep out these units better as this last one I had to go get my own blower to clean out all the leaves and dirt

Heidi W | Overall ExperienceThe general manager, charged my card twice a day everyday while we were executed for a cat 5 hurricane to a tune of 910$ in overdraft fees. She was rude every time we spoke to her, she even charge my card after we cleaned the unit out and paid the balance she is a bad face for your business. We have had a unit acrossed town for 3 years and never had 1 single problem ever. They didn't have the size unit we needed is the only reason we went to this facility, to put it plainly my husband would not let me go there alone in day light.
