CYNTHIA J | Overall ExperienceThe temperature controlled wasn't adequate, the light sensors were split so that I need to trigger two different banks for good.lighting in my unit. The facility garte entry remote hadnt work for me at all. Always had to put in pin number. Have moved to a newer and better maintained UHaul facility. My items were secured with my own personnel locks, but was forced to purchase new locks that were specific type that this facility said were a requirement by uhaul. The security gate was not always closed and several times had malfunctions diluting my 3 plus years with them.
