scott b | Expérience généraleUsed a 5x5 unit for 4+ years while we lived in a small apartment. The high ceiling allowed us to stack lots of totes and lots of our seasonal decorations. It does collect dust over time due to the outdoor location. Overall good value for us.
dallin m | Expérience généraleThis storage was great. More than that the staff was super helpful. When we could not get in after hours they immediately got back to us. Thank you all so much!
natlie a | Expérience généraleThanks for a great storage experience!
Deborah A | Expérience généraleThere was no problem at all with the storage we just move everything where we are staying thank you.
IRIS A | Expérience généraleGreat experience!
kayleann n | Expérience généraleJackson was so helpful. This is a top notch storage facility.
LESLEY M | Expérience généraleI like the discount they had for the first three months. Make sure to put cloth material into a box. Found a dead mice in my Unit. There is no lighting on the inside which was fine with me. Good location and paying online was a breeze. Packing up and leaving was easy with clear directions.
grace b | Expérience généraleWe felt like the storage items we had there were very safe. Access to our storage unit was very easy and always accessible. It was a pleasure to work with Alpine Storage.
Rodger H | Expérience généraleI highly recommend this storage facility.
Deborah A | Expérience généraleThank you!
jennel a | Expérience généraleRented this storage unit for 3 years while my children attended BYU-I. It was a great experience and never had a problem with anything.
allan e | Expérience généraleThere were several mice. I called the office and they told me it was my responsibility to put out mouse poison. I would take pictures every few days of mice dead on a sticky trap. We had to move all of our boxes out after one month and keep somewhere else because mouse droppings were in every box. There also must have been a leak in the roof because there was about a 4 x 4 foot area of ice in the unit in the middle of the floorThe owner was very standoffish and rude to me. I would not recommend this storage facility.
lorinda M | Expérience généraleIt was clean and over all we had a good experience. However we did end up with rats or mice in our storage unit and they were nesting in some of our boxes. It maybe helpful to try to get rid of them OR at least let you customers know it would be in their best interest to get mice traps or something.
Audrey M | Expérience généraleGood storage at a convenient location and for a good price.
