Kathleen D | RéservationThe entire staff has top notch professionals.
PETER A | Expérience généraleProperty is well kept and amazing. Every person we worked with on staff was helpful, accommodating and kind. My only feedback is that it was disappointing to not get a monthly invoice or receipt of payment stub. I got the first 3 months and got the move out last invoice yesterday, so I know it wasn't my email rejecting. I did call a few times asking for this to be fixed but it never seemed to happen. I would find out from my CC statement of the every 5-6mth price increase. That was frustrating. I would 100% recommend your facility but I would be sure to caveat with the expectation of what you are originally quoted will continue to climb the longer you are there. From a marketing and retention/attrition perspective I'd of though it would have been reverse. Incentivize people to stay for the duration of there need. I'm sure you'll have to take that into consideration as more competition comes in. But again, your team was nice and the facility was clean so I appreciated the quality! Thks!
Courtney T | Expérience généraleWe had a good experience with Bta Self storage in Rockwall. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were able to access our unit whenever we needed it. We would recommend this facility. Thank you
Tamara B | Expérience généraleStaff at BTA were helpful and responded quickly to questions. Because we live out of state, we appreciated the flexibility BTA staff demonstrated addressing storage challenges when we could not travel to Texas in a timely manner. BTA storage was always clean and well maintained. Online and auto payments made it easy to pay for units.
DONELLE M | Expérience générale5 stars facilities from friendly employees to clean and well maintained property.
Juan R | Expérience généraleUsed this location to store my RV for a couple years. Everything was great, staff was friendly and helpful when needed.
Brian D | Expérience généraleWe have stored our motorhome here for over 4 years and consider it one of the best places around for cleanliness and safety! We would be keeping it here still but just recently sold it. If we need any type storage in the future this will be the location we call first.
LARRY H | Expérience généraleThe facilities for covered parking for our boat was great! The staff was very helpful and kind.
Samuel H | Expérience généraleAwesome facility and priced very well for the area!!
Richard B | Expérience généraleTthe entire process with BTA storage was simple and easy. We were able to identify the type of unit we wanted in advance by visiting their website. A quick call to confirm and a stop at the office when we arrived and we had our space. The staff was helpful, polite and very friendly. The facility was very clean, well lit, had excellent security and met every expectation. I highly recommend this facility.
Pamela W | Expérience généraleVery friendly and accommodating staff. I had a climate controlled facility that was very clean and easily accessible. I would highly recommend this facility to others.
