I can't think of anything. Everything went as well as could be expected. The folks in the office were super nice. The van was very clean and in great condition. The transactions, all around, were simple and easy. Not much to improve there.
Kimberly C.I was told the trailer was to be picked up as of 11AM however the trailer was returned minutes before I showed up at 12. And it was dirty and smelled like garbage. Which there was a lot of garbage inside the trailer.

lyle L.I've rented from this location several times - probably 5 minimum over the last 15 years. Always very professional, courteous and helpful. No issues with any of the equipment. My only “minor†bit of constructive criticism would be on the moving blankets. I usually ask for a couple extra from what I may need so this last time was zero impact on my move. It sounds like blankets can be scarce but if someone makes a reservation a week or more in advance and is expecting a certain amount that should be as important as any of the reserved equipment etc. -There may be other blanket verbiage that can hinder you getting what you asked so this isn't a complaint - just commenting etc.. I would definitely recommend them for your rental needs. Thank you.
