Trailer was not ready when we arrived - snow was inside trailer when we picked it up. I asked for a broom and I had to sweep out snow myself. Office knew we would only need trailer for a few hours - no mention that they would be closing for an hour for lunch. We arrived to return trailer only to find sign saying they were at lunch and would return at 2:20 PM. Tried contactless return on our mobile device but it was going to cost $20! No answer at phone number listed on lunch sign, so we waited 45 minutes for staff to return from lunch. Upon return they said, "You could have just left the trailer and called us later." Um no, we had to sign all sorts of paperwork that said we are responsible if any loss or damage. I've rented from several different Uhaul offices these past couple of years and I am not impressed with how this one is run. Very unsatisfactory experience.

Needed a small trailer to move some furniture. Didn't have a reservation for a trailer. Called after lunch, while on the way to BTA. They had a trailer. Was in & out in 10 min. ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

This location is awesome. I have dropped my truck at a couple other locations in the past. Some good, some not so. This location the people are so nice, happy to help and make it simple to return the truck. Great people and location!

Had a truck reserved at another location and uhaul did not have the truck and would not answer call after being on hold for 40 mins. The two locations can't communicate so reservation was canceled and cost of new truck was more than original reservation. Truck was not clean inside.

Online check in was not good. Location had poor phone service and app kept timing out. I had to restart the pickup process several times. When it asked for a picture, it should mention to take off your hat and sunglasses. The pictures of the truck pre-pick up where not clear, only if part of the truck was crushed could to you tell if something was wrong. Turning it in was a bit easier. I won't use that type of pickup again unless it's absolutely necessary.

The truck we used was dirty and the ride was extremely bumpy and loud with a lot of toad noise. It was very uncomfortable.

Allow people to pick up vehicles after hours, for a inconvenience fee. And to be more lenient on what cards to use. Or if they only have cash, obtain the full amount due, and withhold their car or a belonging that they actual need. But besides that super easy to use and I'm grateful for your service
