Diane DRental process was quick and efficient. Staff was extremely efficient and personable. My only 'complaint" is tat I received a message that the equipment was late in being returned, which was NOT TRUE... it was returned 30 minutes after the office closed, key was deposited in the safe box as instructed, etc. Within 12 hours, I received another message with paid invoice. So not problem, just an unnecessary annoyance.

STEPHEN HTrailer was not clean . There was some type of liquid that was in the trailer front. The smell was like liquids used in film development. I had to clean out liquid and put a new tarp on the floor to prevent contamination or liquid being absorbed in my boxes. I did not have time to return the trailer for a new or clean one. Might consider doing a quick search and walk through before returning trailer.
