Qun X | Expérience généraleMy unit never had a lightbulb when I moved in and made it difficult.
CALEB S | Expérience généraleVery friendly and reasonable price I used more than 10 years . I liked the hall and lights when I got in the dark unit . Thank you 👍🏼
JENNY T | Premières impressionsIM REALLY SORRY I HAD TO LOSE WHAT I HAD BUT JOANN KNOWS WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO ME BUT OTHER THAN THAT I WAS SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE
RICHARD S | Expérience généraleI am grateful to Uhaul storage co. I has the best experience and Johanne and Cesar at the Rosemead, CA location they went over and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was more than blessed to have had my belongings there. I would definitely recommend Uhaul Storage and trucks.
Leticia M | Expérience généraleI’ll never use U-Haul ever again in my life. This is one of the worst experiences ever especially with the management! I would like U-Haul to contact me. [redacted] I’ll be waiting for a phone call.
DANIEL M | Expérience généraleThe new owners have been great and a pleasure to work with but The previous owner threatened to call the cops on me because I was there after seven on a Friday night. She also would not open the gate and had a terrible confrontation with the male owner after she left. He threatened to evict me if I was there again after hours, I was not aware of the hours since the website said open 24 hours. They could have handled it better. I am glad the owners changed and the new owners and workers have been great, the cleaner has been there every day I showed up cleaning the hallways and the outside.
Jimmy D | Expérience généraleI absolutely cannot say enough about the team at this location Joanne went above and beyond for me and my family after losing my daughter and trying to get her storage situated. She remembered meeting my daughter when she set the storage up and when I told her that her health was declining she told me don’t worry. Ultimately we lost her. When I told Joanne, again she told me to take time to do what I need to do and she would help me figure things out later. She 100% did just that. I’m forever grateful for her kindness and keeping me up to date to make sure that we were able to get my daughters things. Did I mention I was doing all of this from another state! It was a lot and never once did she make me feel like a burden or a problem. I don’t know if you’ll see this Joanne but you are amazing.I could never thank you enough!
dae'na s | Expérience généraleI had a storage unit here for over 20 years. This facility was always very clean. The employees were always so nice and helpful throughout the years thank you so much.
