The storage facility started out ok but towards the end of me moving out the process was horrible. Nobody answered the phones nor returned a call back. The security gate has been broken down for several months now with many complaints but nothing was done about it upon my departure. The storage unit I was renting was mice infested so all my belongings had to be done through and a lot was thrown away. I would say this storage unit is the worse I've ever seen and the reason I moved out. Thank you.

If I needed to ask anything they returned call right away.no problem with billing. It was a great place to store our stuff.
