Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was happy with both location of pick ip and drop off but very unhappy with U-Haul reservation system.
MOHAMMAD MThe movers ( loaders) we hired didn’t think the side wall tie down brackets were great. They actually said Rider trucks and another “for hire” truck was better than U-Haul!! You need to upgrade your side rails it sounds like so things can be strapped down better- if they are correct and I don’t see why they wouldn’t be saying the truth. The people in st clair that helped us were fantastic though! The lady who we ordered through and the man there at pickup were very friendly and professional- top notch!!!!
CHRISTOPHER PAbsolutely professional and courteous in every way including follow up. So appreciated by all. Excellent job all around! We send thanks!
