Customer service need to explain more about the storage if we are new tithe place for example that we need to buy our lock we should up with all our stuff and they’re was no lock so I had to take back all my stuff

There was NEVER ELECTRICITY/lighting in my unit, I told the manager when I moved in, 1 1/2 years later, never had a light. there were termite droppings all over my boxes. Several times the elevator was not working properly.Often no one in the office or answering the phone.I do not recommend this storage facility.

gloria s. | First ImpressionsThere was little space to park a truck to move equipment because some people we not moving things in and out of storage and were taking up space in the lot that could have been used by others. Not having lights in the units is a huge inconvenience.

La bodega que me habían asignada estaba cerrada, llame como 4 veces para que pudieran atender mi llamada, me dejaron esperando como 10min., esperé más de 30min para que llegara alguien a atenderme, al lugar para abrir esa bodega asignada, y estaba sucia y rota, me asignaron otra. Mi tiempo dedicado fue más de los esperados que me retraso en. Mía actividades personales.

Deann P. | Online Move InI flew into Santa Barbara from Portland to help move my daughter from her college house and needed a storage unit on 6/19. I had made the reservation over 1 1/2 months ago plus called 2 or 3 times to confirm my reservation over time. Upon my check in on 6/19, the associate let me know that for some reason there was a lock on the unit that I was to rent which he was not sure why. He said that he would personally drive down to the unit himself and cut off the lock if need be because the unit was empty. He called me from the facility to let me know that unfortunately he will not be able to rent this unit to me this day because the previous renter was coming over the next day 6/20, to come get their lock and supposedly did not want it cut off. I immediately asked the associate then what is he going to do for me. I just paid $1000 for flights and hotels to come here and I need a unit this day cause my daughters lease was up. He told me that there was no more units available unfortunately too which I was beyond furious. He then said he would talk to the manager at the facility. Somehow over a little bit of time, found another available unit which was great and all but now we were almost 2hrs behind schedule in our move. He was able to give me a really great deal on the unit which was super nice but not sure how something like this can occur. Before he found me that unit, I really had no idea what I was going to do with my daughters belongings. I was sooooooo. upset!!!!! It did work out in the end but because of the long delay, we didn't get done moving til very late in the evening. The associate was very friendly did everything that he could do to help out the situation. This was no reflection on him. It was just very frustrating to come all this way to be told sorry the unit we reserved for you is now not available plus we don't have anything else available.
