Rosa V | First ImpressionsGood - convenient hours. Bad - My 10 x 10 storage unit... did not have a light inside & had a regular size door (garage size door would have been more convenient), No bathrooms, No dumpster for trash (No trashcans), No electrical outlet to charge phones, etc.
Rob E | Overall ExperienceVerification (3 phone numbers of 3 different individuals? What?????) was surprising and took me aback. Don't understand why you would want such verification. Kind of turned me off.
Lawrence J | First ImpressionsThis not on you hill, stairs, to heat condition exhaustion was an issue for me. Staff friendly. Hard workers. Bathroom to office for storage I wish were there more when on the premises. Come to that side at least 2x's a day if customer's need attention. Ray was always visible to get things done for me. My issue was I found someone better to beat your asking for the same size. No hard feelings.
Katrina G | Overall ExperienceThe facility was clean, conveniently located and the hours of operation were above average. The staff was helpful and friendly. My only regret is I wish I had known that the rent wasn’t pro-rated. I paid for a full month, but only used 6 days of it and canceled my storage unit. I was told that there wouldn’t be a refund. Although the news was disappointing, my experience at this facility was better than expected.
Deann P | Overall ExperienceI have had that same storage shelter for over 27 years for my business. Everyone has always been very nice to me and the price has been reasonable over the years. If I hadn’t gone out of business, I would still that same unit at U-Haul. Thank you very much sincerely, Mark Brouillard
