The overall experience was a disaster....No one was there to give me a code to get in my drive up unit and when I called the lady, she was very rude and as I was speaking she hung up in my face...I would not recommend this place at all

Shuvone N | ReservationThe doors at this place got stuck constantly. Both the front and the side door. Once We waited over 10 mins for the door to close. We didn’t want to leave with the door open for intruders. I booked 2 units and both was on auto pay someone there didn’t do there job. Instead only 1 was actually on auto pay. When I called them about it, because I received a letter in the mail and I was locked out my unit, no accountability was held. I would not recommend this place. The young lady that works there did help me get my money back after I moved out and they charged my card anyway.
Lashanda G | Overall ExperienceIt states it’s climate controlled but, I was there on Friday 6/14/24, and it was 91 degrees inside. Office is unfriendly and management denies the inside was 91 degrees. Doors are not working properly. I arrived the following day to move out and saw a door was left open and the temperature was still at 91 degrees. have asked for one month’s refund and still waiting. This facility needs to close. 😔
