CATINA H | First ImpressionsI canceled my U-Haul storage unit and moved my items to Public Storage due to the unsafe location of the U-Haul storage, Public Storage offered me a bigger storage unit for only a few dollars more than what I was paying, but more importantly U-Haul never gave me a gate remote control as advertised to open the gate safely from my vehicle which Public Storage gives me the ability to open their gate using my cell phone. There was always an excuse as to why I wasn’t given a gate remote control. First I was told the gate control was broken and they will be getting a new one which wasn’t true, secondly I was told that no customers had a gate remote control which wasn’t true either and thirdly I was told the gate remote control is hard to come by.

EMMA S | Overall ExperienceThere were and still is trash, a glass beer bottle and a recliner chair on the lot that I had to avoid running over or hitting while I was driving. The storage unit price is high for it to be so small. The storage unit most definitely isn’t a medium storage unit or equivalent to a 1-2 bedroom home as advertise.
