SHELLY B | Overall ExperienceWhen I went to my storage unit it wouldn't let me in with my pass code call the office she kept telling me to put it in I said access denied but she came over and help me get in .I was outside long enough hot waiting you owe me a discount off my bill for next month

MONICA H | Overall ExperienceSeriously overcharged me for their truck when it was their fault I had to extend it since I used their storage unit because it was suppose to average out cheaper than getting a storage unit elsewhere. The storage they gave me was full so I had to down grade to the next one which that storage was pushed into the next one taking a whole foot of space leaving me even less room and I was unable to fit what I needed in there with the truck for the amount of time I had. They totally screwed me over! Once I get my stuff out of storage I’ll never use uhaul again because of the amount of ahit I have had to deal with over uhaul.
