ELEANOR C | Overall ExperienceThis facility is well above average and so clean! I just wish the two buildings that make up the complex were not separated. Multiple trips back and forth were required to execute all the necessary steps to lease, activate and occupy the unit. I was constantly referred to the Uhaul App but seldom managed to accomplish what I needed with certainty. For instance, my free lock had to be retrieved down the road as it wasn't in the unit as expected. The house keeper on site could only locate an old beat up lock. Also, it was not communicated clearly I would take possession at the office & not at the storage facility. Exhausting! Had we not figured it out before move day, I would have been paying movers to stand around, no bueno!! Free month with equipment reservation is a boon when moving long distance in a short period of time.

madi e | Overall ExperienceI was very impressed & satisfied with the service & The gentleman , Mr. Andy Ziats, was the representative that assisted & serviced my need. He was excellent ! My rating for his service again was a 💯 % -A+ and a10 out of 10 ! I would highly recommend him . The service again was impeccable ! He represented the company impeccably ! The facility itself was spotless as well !! Thank you !!

Dishon K | Overall ExperienceI’m upset due to the fact I ordered a 5x10 unit self storage went to do the move in it said no availability when I just reserved the unit calls cs back get another rep she stated a 5x5 unit would fit 40 -50 boxes and a washer and dryer I gets to the unit the unit only big enough to fit about 20 boxes and some bags this is really inconvenient for me know I have to try to book another unit
