Avis vérifiés des clients
Chaque avis est lié à une véritable U-Haul réservation ou contrat.
Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAfter several attempts to contact the storage manager, they never reached back out. Multiple calls were made, voicemails sent.
JONATHAN S | Expérience généraleWhen trying to leave after hours gate wouldn’t open for over a hour even after contracting after hours manager refused to answer had to call emergency tech support and finally got ahold of somebody after a hour
Asya S | Premières impressionsWe rented this storage unit for several years. While occupying this unit, the rent skyrocketed to well over $100/mo, our unit got broken into, our belongings were thrown and dumped into a huge pile, and all the boxes were emptied. This incident was reported, but no one was really concerned. I found a new storage company where the price is less than half of what we paid to UHaul.
Gina C | Expérience généraleNightmare never again. No one I spoke to told me it would be an unmanned site. Also, I was told the unit would be the same size as the trailer only if you stood the trailer on its end. So now omission and deception.. I was then given an outside unit by way of a one 800 U-Haul person who was calling the property. The property would not answer their income calls by way of intercom system. The unit outside had dirt leaves in a dead rat in it I’ve then demanded an inside unit, which is what I was told and finally the third try. We got our stuff in unfortunately we had unloaded everything so we had to reload it only to find out we didn’t have to reload it. We were gonna be going into the same unit we originally were in just a size that would work for us. We still had to return the unit to Fayetteville and I got charged a late fee after all that you have a chance to make it right, you have my phone number. You have my email.
Patricia O | Déménagement en ligneGreat price and very knowledgeable staff!
carl a | Premières impressionsHad 2 storage units here and both times they took more than 3 weeks to close out a move out leading to a late fee charge twice. The staff seems to be lazy about going over to their S 40 St unit to do a check out in person.
TRISTAN S | Expérience généraleI didn't follow the steps as I supposed to due to the urgency of moving out of my previous residency To my knowledge I received the equipment clean and was returned in a satisfactory conditions While my overall experience was positive Definitely will do business with uhaul in the future Sincerely Thanks.
Yuri P | Premières impressionsIt's been over a month since I removed my belongings from storage, and they're charging me again. I called, and they never canceled the service, or I don't know what happened. I'd really like someone to contact me and tell me I don't owe anything, since I removed my belongings well in advance. I called, and I speak Spanish; I think that's why they didn't understand me.
JESUS B | Expérience généraleThe staff has always been very nice to work with and very accommodating a very friendly location. I really like the staff there.
EDITH M | Expérience généraleI had a good experience with them until 2023 whem they supposedly accidentally opened my storage unit which invloved breaking my lock because they mistook mine for one that was going to be aucttioned. Them they rummaged through all our stuff. We had broken things, damaged things missing things and the door wouldnt close all the way until my sister went down there because of what they did so water got in. We have pictures of what it looked like too, and they didn't even tell us sbout that part. They tried to say we hadnt made any payments when we we had never missed a payment. I think they had a new manager. If we could of got our stuff out then we would have but we didn't have a way I know my mother was furious and they did nothing about it. They did give us a new key lock since they broke ours.
kristen p | Expérience généraleReally great people
