Lisa E | Expérience généraleThe move-in and move-out process was really simple, and the office lady was super helpful and nice.
Cheyenne W | Expérience généraleAll went well and I would refer anyone to the storage facility.
Joanne S | Expérience généraleI booked a unit that was listed on the website; later, I received a call saying they didn’t even have anything and they weren’t sure why I was able to book. I still was charged the reservation fee
ISAAC C | RéservationI ended up cancelling my reservation and had a tough time getting a hold of them. Once I was able to they were thorough with their answers and very polite about the whole mix up.
Fernanda C | RéservationWe weren’t able to use the storage facility because they didn’t have the the storage space that I wanted available. Also the have a different policy than what’s going on on this website.
Paige S | RéservationThanks so much!
Stephanie N | Expérience généraleI did not do this I do not know what this is, I have been calling for three days to try to get my money back but I refuse to get charged for something I know nothing about sorry!
Casey C | Premières impressionsNice staff, but was unable to reach several times.
Privacy R | Premières impressionsThe only issue i had was that my free month was not honored and i didn`t find out until I got there. The facility said that they are an independent facility and don`t honor that promotion.
Privacy R | Premières impressionsStorage Unit was closed prior to our arrival. Manager called, also advising that the spot reserved was not an actual unit. We where able to get another unit in town at a comparable price.
