Communication with 3rd party, leasing agent, and accounting was a little off. But when the errors due this problem, the staff was quick to offer and follow-thru with a workable and accomdating solution. I had 24 hr access, which had to be requested, not automatic, which given the police know that, I had 2 come barreling down on me one night. I was polite, right away showed them the key and I knew I was 1 of 2 that has that. He briefly flashed my car, took a quick note of ny name from my license, and was done by the time i was done grabbing what I needed and we all pulled out together. I like the fact they were right on top of it, and most have shared the info, because another run out there got me a 2 finger salute and nod of the head by the officer passing by as i pulled in. So extra thanks for keeping our belongs safe and the communication open. I would however see about the intermittent light flashing up front and maybe just adding a flood light on the gate area. I always tried to watch that no one walked in while the gate was closing, but sometimes it was hard to tell what was a shadow from real. Other than that GOLD STAR!! I will recommend and use again if ever in need. Thanks!!!

Never again will I rent from them, as well as she sending me a move out receipt , I never said I was moving out . The lady is money hungry and is ready to auction off your things at any given moment . Avoid this place
