denis a | First ImpressionsThis whole review is directed towards the Uhaul at 9601 Pacific Ave. I was supposed to drop off my truck at that location and got there at about 4:30 where the gentlemen working informed me they were closing, even though the closing time was supposed to be 7. So they wouldn’t take my truck or let me unload anything and made me wait an extra day to do so. While I was at this location I requested them to help guide me drive my car off the trailer. The gentleman “helping” me first wanted me to reverse off the trailer without even lowering the ramps until I said something. Then he proceeded to tell me to reverse back while the chain is still connected to my car. Now I’m experiencing some steering issues on my car. When I finally was able to reverse back, the gentleman was not directing me and my car fell off the trailer and scratched my bumper very deeply. Worst experience I’ve ever witnessed at a uhaul in the years I’ve done business. If he’s unsure how to do it, why risk the damage and continue to go through with it ?? Will be consulting a lawyer.

wesley m | Overall ExperiencePrice over the years has become cost prohibitive to keep my unit. I was renting for about 7 yrs. Just could not afford it anymore - almost $200 a month. So I would hesitate to recommend to anyone. Every 6 months was a price increase. So feel like it is a way to take advantage of renters.
