The door tracks and wheels need to be greased period difficult to rise at times. And we were without secured due to storms in the area for a couple of days. I would like to inquire if there is any kind of compensation for 2 days of no security. Overall this facility is clean and very friendly and I would recommend it because of those 2 factors.
Janette S | Overall ExperienceThe clerks need more training. Stopped to talk to each other while waiting on me. (About someone drinking coffee). Placed order on line then it seemed we had to go through everything all over again. Clerk argued about previous order not having info about first month free and people who would have access, repeatedly. Not sure why all the discrepancies. I spent almost $1,000 for my rental in Colorado and employees in Cañon City & Pueblo were very nice & helpful. Topeka U-Haul on Topeka Blvd was a mess and I nearly walked out due to rudeness and incompetence.

Julie A | Overall ExperienceThis is the second time the local office charged me twice for items already paid for. Each time I showed them I had already paid. Each time they said they could not see it in their system. Each time I had to call the corp number and get a refund. Train your people on how to interface with the reservations system.
Mark K | Overall ExperienceThe check out procedure was mishandled. Talia communicated verbally to them on the day that she moved out (June 22). No one told her about an on-line process to check out. She then completed the check out on the app. and was still charged a late fee and another month's rent. Staff were not helpful and not friendly. When we arrived at the facility, someone else's belongings were right in front of her unit and made it difficult to move in to her unit.
