Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisfirst day in unit was locked in gate for close to 2 hours. called service number 4 times, first 3 people didn’t care and just kept transferring me to a number no one answered. finally got someone on 4th call who actually cared and stayed on the line with me until she got me help. thank you. entrance to back yard has an enormous hole and 6+ inch drop and would fill up with water and was an enormous hassle. i was told when i rented unit i would have 24x7 access and this was not true.
