Worst experience ever I try to get all my stuff out and I get confirmation from one of the head district managers or area manager and they don't honor it and cost me more money than I ever needed. Very scandalous place.
william e | Overall ExperienceI answered yes to all questions only because there is not a maybe or so so option. The more the fees went up the worse the place got. Towards the end I felt unsafe going to the storage with all the homeless around and I believe there was actually some living in their unit at times. Overall I have nothing bad to say besides those things
DENISHA M | Overall ExperienceI waited in line to check in. The app wasn’t working so had to do everything manually. I was given two key cards. Only one worked. We were told that there would be a green zip tie on the storage door and a lock inside. There was a padlock on the door. We tracked down a maintenance worker who opened the lock for us. There was no lock inside. We had to drive back to the office to get a lock and new key card. They said there was not lock inside the unit because they were out… despite telling us there was one in the unit. It was suggested a drive to a store to buy a lock and come back, or I had to buy a more expensive word lock. Purchased the lock. Drove back to the unit. The new key card still did not work. After securing the word lock on our unit, we drove back AGAIN to get another key card. One staff member was understanding and helpful, the other was not. She tried to tell me that one key card would work on the gate and the building, but the other would only work for the gate. Well, that serves no purpose. So after insisting they get me a second key card, they finally “worked it out”. Had to drive back to the unit a third time to verify if the second key card was working. One time when I went back to the office, no one was at the front. After waiting for a bit with another customer I went to a back room to find an employee. The entire process took almost two hours. Crazy.
Michael H | First ImpressionsFemale staff member was exceedingly rude. Upon entering both myself and another customer, we're looking for any employee, when she finally entered, I was told I was impatient even though I was paying people to unload my truck and therefore they were on the clock. When she called for assistance, she made a point of saying that there was an extremely impatient customer that she needed help with. This woman has obviously never had any customer service training and desperately needs some. Thankfully the owner made up for her terribleness in his assistance.
