I'm a previous, current, and future customer. I have previous customer service experience with U-Haul. I like U-Haul because they keep things affordable, even for just the smallest Storage Space Units to the Largest Storage Space Units. They're also friendly and provide accurate information about their services. Their customer service is above and beyond average "customer service." They excel at U-Haul with keeping things affordable, friendly, and professional. I hope you're having a great day today. Blessings and Peace, Maria Sydney

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe only reason why I rated it poor is because I was on top floor and had to go up and downstairs. That’s my only problem I loved having the coolness of the place and you guys need an elevator or something dumb waiter I don’t know.
LISA C | Expérience généraleI worked as a Gm for uhaul at one time . So I knew of promotions.
Joesefina D | Premières impressionsVery well run and maintained. Very safe environment as well.
Marie M | Expérience généraleThank You very much it was a pleasure doing business with you 😎
EILEEN B | Expérience généraleI rented a storage facility for over a year as well as rented multiple trucks. EVERY staff member was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. With every interaction, I experienced clear communication and all questions/concerns were thoroughly addressed.
meagan c | Expérience généraleStaff was awesome! No problems getting anything done and they were efficient. Would recommend to anyone and I will be using them again.
solomon a | Premières impressionsThe staff was helpful and friendly. They could use some extra hands there to help due to your specific location being convenient and affordable. Other than that, it was very easy, fast and friendly!
Travis W | Premières impressionsFacility always smelled like toxic fragrance, all of my things stink. Every time I went at least one homeless person was slightly aggressive and living out of the units. Didn’t feel safe after dark alone(I get it they need space too) don’t recommend going alone after dark if you are a woman. Highly over priced for these challenges and the minimal amount of space I had. Staff always kind.
Ammie W | Expérience généraleDave site manager the best
Michael M | Expérience généraleAwesome
billy c | Expérience généraleVery clean. Professional and helpful staff.
Nanette B | Expérience généraleThe crew are very professional and kind.
Alexander K | Expérience généraleI would like to just say David & his whole team were so personable & professional the entire course of our relationship! My experience with them won't soon be forgotten. I would recommend Ukiah U Haul to anyone before anyone else.Thank you again so much!
robert p | Expérience généraleMy only comment is that the second floor storage units are up a full flight of stairs. This makes it difficult for carrying heavy items upstairs. The staff were excellent, helpful and kind. Wish we could find something on the lower level with them.
