marian c. | Overall ExperienceI had some serious issues with my storage unit once I got there it had a lock on it. I had to go back to the U-Haul place and when I was trying to get out of the fence she did not give me a keypad number so we were not able to exit we had to wait for someone to come in to let us out. She only gave us the card which works when we swiped to come inside the gate but would not work going out. We then had to get a whole another storage unit which took additional time and was very frustrating that we even had to go through this. But she did correct it in a timely fashion and we were able to move on with our day.
