MICHAEL Y | Expérience généraleWe had a great experience with Willis Self Storage! Sharon and Michelle are wonderful, helpful, and kind. The facility itself is very well maintained and easy to access. We got excellent rates and the customer service is top notch. These ladies go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. In fact, they feel more like family to us as we have gotten to know them well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility where you’ll be treated as a valued customer. I just cannot say enough good things about them.
Kevin O | Expérience généraleMichelle was excellent to work with. She was very friendly, professional and is an asset to the organization. Thank you for making everything an easy transition during my storage needs.

Destiny B | Expérience généraleHelpful and friendly staff assisted in my cross country move. They had a unit waiting for me, with easy access for a tractor-trailer. My relocation is now complete and storage is no longer needed.
Richard L | Expérience généraleStaff were outstanding! Very friendly and helpful.
Douglas M | Expérience généraleEveryone here was so great! The facility was easy to get into and was one of the best experiences that I’ve had with a storage facility.
Christie S | Expérience généraleI would definitely recommend and use again if we ever need either a storage unit or a place to store our camper. We had our credit card on file with them and never had any questionable issues with that card. We used another facility and had some additional charges on a card that they used. Thank you for being an honest business, that is so hard to find in this crazy world we live in today
