Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery poor customer service. I provided my credit card day one and got locked out because they didn’t charge my credit card. Went to store correct this and when I went to move more stuff in I was still locked out. No one would come because they were too busy at the store. Told I’d have to wait until the next day. Finally convinced them to come after the store was closed. Two hours later. The day I closed the account I was put on hold on the phone for 10 minutes. When he came back he tried to tell me he was too busy in the store and would have to call me back.
TORY C | Expérience généraleA bit of inconsistent information between head office and the Windsor location. They were worked out. The facility seems clean, safe and well managed
KATHLEEN P | Premières impressionsAll great! Long time customer of Devonshire location and the place and the people are great!
BORIS S | Expérience généraleAll great!
BORIS S | Premières impressionsIt is a very nice facility. Everything is well kept and clean.
Bessie D | Expérience généraleAmazing counter sales staff. Thank you
kerri c | Premières impressionsGreat staff & manager 👍
VICTOR M | Expérience généraleThere were two dead bugs in my unit which made me a little concerned why they were left there, and there was a dead bird right in the spot where you drive in. With that being said, when we notified the worker of the bird he took care of it immediately. The representative who checked me in at the office was very friendly and helpful!
KALEIGH M | Premières impressionsCalled office because of the lock change without our notice. Had to wait two hours just to get the lock off. When I called the first guy answer he said he was coming to help. Waited an hour. No show called the office again he says nothing they can do. Call again get the manage. Then he helps. Overall the company has No communication and monthly harassment saying we didn't pay and add a late fee. We go in everything paid but still get letters in the mail saying I didn't and have to pay fee. That's when I decided to let it go had it for almost two years.
Soraya A | Expérience généraleMore dollies needed. I was told there's only 2...
OTIS M | Premières impressionsU-Haul has made this move go as smoothly as a move can go. Dealing with the staff has been amazing. They’re so polite and friendly and they even brought Kleenex over and warmed my coffee. I highly recommend this U-Haul location on Dougall.
susanne e | Premières impressionsthe guys at the office were amazing at explaining all the options and instructions for the use of the facility. i felt at ease while deciding what my needs where for the unit, they were patient and not pushy. i didn't feel like i was a bother, like i have experienced in the past. I can not express enough how grateful i am for the help i received from this location on Dougall rd. as it can be daunting getting into renting a unit.
