I ended the storage locker on 9/5/24 and had paid the monthly fee thru the end of the month. I thought that there would be a refund based on 25 days still left of the month. I was then told no credit is given for unused days of paid storage! This is not a fair or customer confidence building policy. You want more people to trust the U Haul name, then show a customer service policy that helps the customer too. Profit for only the company is not the way to convey this!
