I discussed the above requests with the U Haul staff in Shrewsbury street. What made an impression was that the staff in general were very indifferent to my requests, with the exception of an employee named Adrian. Adrian's approach was very human and his maximum predisposition for finding a solution. Adriani found a solution for me in the multitude of requests.

Nicole R. | First Impressions"24hr access" is a loaded statement. You can't open the roll up doors until 7am. The rodent problem in that building needs attention. I had clothing chewed up and feces in boxes. I was a 9yr tenant there and couldn't wait to GET OUT.
