The customer service at U-Haul was incredible! No matter what time I called, who I spoke to (male or female), they always went above and beyond to help with whatever you needed. I would highly recommend U-Haul to all my family and friends. Thank you.

MacKenzie S | Online Move InSamantha Baca was a good manager of this facility, she didnjer best. My biggest issues with this facility is the rat and mouse problem, and insect issues. There should not be any of these in my storage unit or the facility, inlost alot of things. My other issues were communication, 1.) A unit abive my leaked some sort of poison all over my belongings and it took over a month to resolve inwhich i lost very important documents and expensive belongings. 2.) The facility flooded and I was never notified. This created massive molding and more loss of belonging and important items. I am very happy to notnhave to ever be there again and I hope I get compensated for the loss of belongings. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
