Absolutely terrible app experience. I spent nearly an hour trying to pick up my truck because the app kept insisting I was at the wrong location, even though I was exactly where I was supposed to be. I called customer service and sat through an incredibly long wait, but they were no help at all. I eventually figured out on my own that I had to drive all the way to the edge of the parking lot before the app would recognize my location. There was nothing in the app explaining this, and it turned what should have been a simple pickup into a frustrating, stressful ordeal. U-Haul really needs to fix their app and make the location requirements clear so customers don't waste an hour trying to start their rental.

DAVID GI was sent here by a San Angelo rep, due to the fact that they didn't have the available equipment. I went from San Angelo to Abaline (1.5 hrs drive) to get the "readily available" truck at 1040 and it was not there. I was told to come back at 1440 for a truck and it had and engine light on. I was the sent to a location on the opposite side of town to get a truck to then return to get my reserved trailer. Finally after getting everything together I had to drive back to San Angelo (2hr drive). The amount of time I lost to do all of this was significant and I was only offered alternatives every single part of the way. I understand your policy to solidify this is the 24hrs prior but that fell though. I was depending on you even with the first set back but after that what. No accommodation? No reclamation?
