When I checked out at the Denton location they told me to have it back at the Abilene location by the end of the day Friday and apparently that wasn't correct. It was supposed to be back by 11:00 a.m. so we got charged 70 bucks definitely not happy about that and y'all should be better about informing your customers who use you that that could be a charge they could receive.

Rebecca AHave an extra computer system so that the other employee can help a different customer. This extra computer system is a good backup for your store. I attempted to rent a pick-up truck at the South Clack last Monday (7/31/23) and none were available, I ended up renting a 10' Box truck which I had no other choice. Yesterday (8/3/23/) I attempted to reserve another pick-up truck and neither location had one available, again I had to settle for a 10' box truck, I had no other choice. It seems to me that if pick-up trucks are in high demand here in Abilene, Texas (79603) that U-Haul should make provisions to provide more pick-up trucks in all locations. This is a corporate decision that they are not aware of, and must be aware of. Hoping that next time that I need a pick-up truck from the S. Clack or the N.1st. St location that I can reserve one and n to get the same unpopular song and dance of "We don't have any pick-up trucks available" Sorry!!! - This is sub-standard customer service from corporate offices for a reputable corporation like U-Haul.
