A little concerned with using the off hours dropoff since the location and parking lot wasn't in the best shape and the truck gate couldn't be locked with the dolly and furniture pads in it. However it was very easy to use the website to drop off online then just put the keys in the slot.

Seth A.Forced to use location. Had an actual U-Haul pickup location which got moved day of. Probably because U-Haul asked us to transport a trailer and we said no.
Andrew M.Showed up late and couldn't extend my time with equipment. I asked for 6 hours and i got 4,5hr because the rep was late. I didn't receive the appliance Dollies i asked for which increased my time needed to move. I was still charged for the equipment that i didn't receive. I only received one of the requested furniture dollies and was charged for two. Overall, I would never recommend this location to anyone but my worst enemies. The staff was friendly enough though.
