This is just an empty parking lot with no visible signs of Uhaul. The checkout took at least an hour and finding the Dropbox was ridiculously difficult. I wish I could give a lower rating.

Vanden KWhen I first put in the reservation I was contacted everyday to see if I could pull a trailer. The location was in a run down building, hard to find the desk amongst mounds of mattresses. When I went to check in they did not have the 2 dolly’s I ordered. When I asked how I can get them the gentleman told me to google other locations to see if they had any. That was not the customer service I expected from an organization like U-haul. I was in a time constraint and did not want to have to drive around Akron looking for dolly’s. The truck had mud on the inside of the cab.
KARRIE FTruck was draining fuel while trying to actively pump gas. Customer service and managers have lied to me for weeks regarding my refund for the truck and the fuel money that was lost. After the Uhual was picked up they tried charging my account multiple times for the promised replacement uhual. HUGE MESS.
ABREA GI just dropped off key in slot. Not really able to respond to questions. I never spoke to anyone or saw the inside. This questionnaire does not let me move on unless I answer all questions.
