Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPick up was fine. Return took incredible long. They didn't have someone to close out the rental ticket. Told me to just trust them. I demanded they close the ticket and charge for the miles I used and had to wait a long time for that.
William MGreat Customer Service!! Very friendly.
SANDRA TUsed the lockbox. Would be nice if it was staffed until 10pm/midnight for help from a staff member but otherwise not bad. Though we did not go in so can’t comment on if the staff were helpful or store interior was clean etc.
Evan SSpending 20 minutes in the freezing cold digging out a frozen truck from over a foot of snow around it and on it is NOT what I would consider GOOD customer service. Now the truck was fine and ran well. And the 2 ladies and the owner on the cell phone that rented me the truck were nice and helpful. But the store didn’t have people working there that could’ve handled digging out the truck before I got there. It was a Lose Lose situation. Thankfully I rented the smallest truck because the other 2 bigger trucks on the lot were buried in even more snow and ice.
