Easy pick up. The truck was waiting for me in the lot outside. Tank was 7/8 full. Did the online booking so all I had to do was pay. Simple and would do again.

I rented a regular dolly and they only had an appliance dolly. Space is extremely tight between parked U-Haul trucks making it difficult to get in, back out and take the required pictures.

JENNY DMake it clear what the options and costs are based on returning to same vs different location. I was quoted by scheduling hotline more than the entire rental amount to return to a more convenient location and that to me was very inconvenient unpleasant and outrageous.
