The issue with the equipment was one of the rear tires on the passenger side (there’s two per side), was flat. And the people before had left the dome lights on, so the battery was dead. I didn’t discover this until I had arrived to pick up the rental, and was informed of the issue. Waited an hour to get a new battery installed. Beyond that, the truck was clean and smell free in the cab. There was even moving blankets in the back, which I had not requested.
RICHARD MLimited hours (due to Thanksgiving holiday), but staff were very helpful on how to return and drop off the keys.
THOMAS TI rented a trailer for 1 day and the location charged me for 10 days. I have called several times to get this resolved and all I get is the run around from both Shutters and U-Haul. I know that U-Haul is a huge company nationally and I am just a number to them, but this experience is so disappointing, to initially get charged $26 and then get an additional charge of $230 on top of it. Your customer service at this company is garbage. $230 to U-Haul is chump change, to me it's money I need right now to close on my home loan. Shame on you U-Haul. I will never use your company again, even if I get this refund I have requested.
