ROBERT AThe team in Algona listened to our trouble with doing the online check in. I explained I took the amount of pictures aloud on the check in link amd let them know of the items I listed above.
TANYA BWhen I stopped in to inquire, they said it was $19.95 for the rental and $1.00 a mile. Round trip I drove 355 miles. When I turned in my truck they said it was $1.29 a mile. Which added around $200 to my bill. They need to be more accurate and honest when giving quotes. I will definitely not use this dealer again.
