When I stopped in to inquire, they said it was $19,95 for the rental and $1 a mile. Round trip I drove 355 miles. When I turned in my truck they said it was $1,29 a mile. Which added around $200 to my bill. They need to be more accurate and honest when giving quotes. I will definitely not use this dealer again.

Your systems were down. We waited almost an hour and a half. Meanwhile we had 3 men on standby that we still had to pay. Our gal was amazing. The service was and always has been good. I understand things happen. I will continue to use and recommend UHaul Algona.
