Jim GDid not include pads in truck. Facilities manager was very friendly but unable to help with uhaul. Spent 40mins on the phone with customer service before I could drive away. Picking up here on Sunday, using the app, was a nightmare.
Peter Gthey went above and better my lights worked on one tr but not on the one i wanted the young lady got a new adapter and fixed it sent me on my way. i will not go anywhere else for a tr or truck thank you allegan u store
Jim Gyou're too damn scared to call me to satisfy my complaint. This location should not be used by U-Haul as their hours are not kept at all. Come and go as they please without regards for the customer. I will never use U-Haul ever again and I will tell all my friends and neighbors not to use you ever and why. Charged me for two-day rental as I was only really only a half hour late when they closed at 4pm instead of 5pm. I have moved many times in my life and have always used U-Haul. But no more if you cannot make this right for me. You are losing me, my friends my relatives, neighbors, and anyone else that might ask me who to use. Certainly not you folks. if you have the guts to call, or email me and make this experience a good one. I am going to post my complaint on Facebook, Tic-Toc, and every other place I can find. Your company deserves this! Especially how you treated a 75 year old Senior, Vietnam Veteran, Retired, low-income person!
